There are 2 paths of pre-approved training courses to earn CompTIA CEUs: Other CompTIA training and non-CompTIA IT Industry Certifications. If you earned a CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification after January 1, 2011 your certification has an expiration date of three years. You will have three years from the date certified to pass the latest version of the exam or complete the CompTIA Continuing Education program to earn re-certification. CompTIA CASP requires 75 CEUs in three years
